Account and registration

Open a popcat account in four steps. First, visit popcat.bet or install the popcat Android app, then fill in your email, username, password, and mobile number on the registration form. Second, we send you a verification code via SMS to confirm your phone number. Third, upload a government-issued ID (KTP, passport, or driver's licence) during KYC verification; our system checks your document and you are typically verified within one hour. Fourth, set up account security — add a pin code or enable optional two-factor authentication. Once verified, your account is ready to deposit. If you are in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, or any other supported region and online gaming is legal there, you can proceed to your first deposit.

During popcat registration, you provide: email address (for login and recovery), username (4–20 characters, unique), password (at least 10 characters), and mobile number (for SMS verification and withdrawal confirmation). Later, during KYC verification, you upload a photo of your government ID (KTP, passport, or driver's licence) and provide your full name, date of birth, and residential address as they appear on your document. Your total account balance (sum of all deposits minus any withdrawals) has no fixed ceiling, but large balances may trigger additional verification steps for compliance.
